Wellness Consultation
Scheduling a wellness consultation is your first step toward taking control back. It’s a 30-minute introductory session which will include a brief health history to determine where you are now, your primary concerns and the support you will need to help you move closer to your health and wellness goals.
One-on-One GSC Coaching
An introduction to plant based living which will help you detox and get your body functioning at it’s optimal level. This service comes with a dedicated coach and includes the following: Daily support (via phone calls or text), access to the Facebook coaching group, a start-up checklist, a shopping list, green smoothie recipes, an approved snack list and some detox methods. Also included is VIP information and support while breaking the cleanse to transition and make green smoothies your lifestyle.

Accountability Partner
An accountability partner gives you the wings to be imperfect so that you can soar with confidence. An accountability partner will be there to help you hold yourself accountable for getting things done, meeting your deadlines and achieving your health and wellness goals that you set for yourself.
This service is being offered at the rate of $40 per month. The service includes the following:
-Initial Goal Consultation (Via Phone)
-Daily Motivational Text
-Weekly Goal Check-in (one hour per week or two 30-minute sessions)
